Jackson Township has completed their 2024 Park Improvement grant project by installing a new basketball court at their community park. $2,500 towards the project was awarded through the Pickaway County Park District’s annual Park & Trail Improvement grant program, which is funded through the PCPD property tax levy. The new court is located at 20010 Fox Road in Circleville, which is open daily sunrise to sunset. Pictured left to right are: L. The Village of New Holland recently completed an enclosure project on one of the shelter houses in their community park. The project was funded in part through the Pickaway County Park District’s Park & Trail Improvement Grant program. The newly enclosed shelter is equipped with a kitchen, tables & chairs, and will be heated when appropriate. Plans for future air conditioning are in the works. Reservation and rental information can be obtained from the Village of New Holland. This enclosed shelter helped to fill a community need for a large indoor space for gatherings.
