NOTICE
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 1545.09, the Board of Park Commissioners for the Pickaway County Park District have created rules and regulations, waiver schedule and fine schedule to regulate activities on property owned or leased by the Park District. These regulations were approved by the Board of Park Commissioners in June of 2021 and will take effect January 1, 2024. A complete list of these rules and regulations are available upon request at our District Office, 548 Lancaster Pike, Circleville, Ohio 43113 or online at www.pickawaycountyparks.org. This notice is being published in accordance with Ohio Revised Code, Section 731.21.
